Your primary responsibilities will include organizing meetings, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and staff. You will also be responsible for coordinating audits, assisting with documentation, and providing administrative support to our pathology team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the pathology team, including organizing meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating audits.
  • Assist with documentation, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and administrative data.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for staff and patients as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • GCSE level education or equivalent.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
