Job Description

This full-time position will suit an experienced Business Development Manager with an excellent record of closing and opening profitable deals.

Successful applicants will have experience of creating new business opportunities within the FM space from both leads provided to them and from existing contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • New business sales, including generating new leads, cross-selling, and closing deals.
  • Utilizing personal networks to create new opportunities.
  • Marketing the company's surveying, auditing, and remediation services, with a focus on passive fire safety across the UK.
  • Travelling to client sites as required.
  • Meeting and exceeding established KPIs and targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of generating sales within the fire protection and/or ventilation industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the fire protection and ventilation industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in new business B2B sales.
  • Experience in these industries is crucial for success in this role.
