Security Officer

As a Security Officer at Sodexo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors at North Devon District Hospital. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control access to the hospital, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are granted access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing a high level of customer service and support to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all hospital users.
- Stay up-to-date with changing security protocols and procedures, ensuring that you are always equipped to handle emerging threats and risks.
