Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Guidance and Support: Serve as the primary legal resource for Corporate and Commercial teams, including sectors such as Media & Broadcast and Smart Utilities.
- Provide legal insights and assistance in product development, commercial agreements, and supplier relationships.
- Manage customer interactions from proposal through to contract execution, ensuring legal compliance and clarity.
- Evaluate risks within a commercial framework, delivering timely and practical legal advice.
- Foster strong relationships both internally and externally, collaborating effectively across various departments.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Commercial Contracts: Knowledge of technology, telecommunications, and procurement contracting, including SaaS or PaaS, is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in legal drafting and negotiation.
- Intellectual Property Knowledge: Familiarity with intellectual property rights and their application to emerging technologies.
- Business-Oriented Legal Advice: Ability to provide practical, solution-focused legal guidance within a commercial context.
- Innovative Mindset: Enthusiasm for new technologies and a proactive approach to innovation.
