About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Deputy Director of Legal Affairs to lead our legal function and provide expert guidance across all aspects of the organisation. As a senior leader, you will oversee the legal team, offering high-level advice to the executive team on complex legal matters, including employment law, regulatory compliance, contracts, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal risks and ensure the organisation adheres to all relevant legislation and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to protect the organisation's legal and business interests.
  • Lead the legal team and provide high-level advice to the executive team.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and resolve disputes.

About You

You are a seasoned legal professional with significant leadership experience in legal affairs, including a deep understanding of employment law, corporate governance, and compliance. You have a strong track record of providing strategic legal counsel at an executive level and managing complex legal challenges within a dynamic organisation.
