About the Company:
Our client is a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to advancing healthcare and enhancing patient outcomes.
Compensation:
Attractive hourly remuneration.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and implementing process enhancements to improve data integrity, reduce costs, and minimize turnaround times, including updating standard operating procedures.
- Serve as a technical resource for laboratory personnel and provide support to the team during the absence of the line manager.
- Conduct routine data evaluations to ensure analytical procedures are meeting expectations and that results fall within acceptable limits.
- Identify and document potential performance discrepancies or unusual findings, escalating issues to senior laboratory staff as necessary.
- Prepare data analysis results for integration into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) under the supervision of senior personnel.
- Contribute to Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations, deviations, and resolutions.
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (some laboratory locations may require a BSc in a relevant scientific discipline).
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory setting.
- Proficient in routine and some advanced laboratory calculations related to samples and batches, including averages, means, standard deviations, and various quality control metrics.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
