About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Moorpark Place, a specialist supported living service for adults on the Autistic Spectrum. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with residents, promoting open and honest communication
  • Support residents to undertake their rehabilitation programme, promoting independence and self-advocacy
  • Establish effective methods of communication with residents, reducing barriers and promoting understanding
  • Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and activities of daily living as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team, reporting any issues or concerns
  • Accurately record and report work activities, maintaining high standards of documentation

Requirements
