About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Partnership Manager to join our team at RSPCA Northamptonshire Branch. As the first Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a plan to secure significant financial support from high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a corporate proposal to engage with local businesses and develop a pipeline of corporate prospects.
  • Proven experience in major donor or corporate fundraising or a similar account management role (paid or voluntary).
  • Experience of building trusted external relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of managing an organisation's prospect pipeline to keep track of opportunities and activity levels to inform income monitoring against budgets.
  • Confident and inspiring communication skills, with experience of writing cases for support, reports and updates for major donors and corporate supporters.
  • Ability to build strong relationships within the team and with funders including high net worth individuals.
  • Confident and competent at approaching new business prospects on the telephone, face-to-face and in writing.
