Payroll Administrator Opportunity

Tate is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with employees across various channels.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly reports and audit trails.
  • Resolve service desk queries related to Self Service portal access.
  • Process new employee onboarding, contract changes, and leavers in the payroll system.
  • Calculate pay adjustments due to absence, including statutory payments.
  • Ensure accurate pension scheme enrollments and communications.
  • Process HMRC downloads and BACS files.
  • Manual calculation of gross to net pay, including AEOs and pension.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll, finance, administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
