Page Personnel Finance is partnering with a successful business to find a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their accountancy team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an accurate end-to-end payroll service, processing multiple client payrolls, and responding to client queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of accurate payroll services
  • Processing of client payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Responding to client queries and resolving payroll-related issues
  • PAYE/pension reconciliations at month-end
  • Auto-enrolment administration and processing
  • Providing solutions for client payroll queries
  • Staying up-to-date with payroll legislation changes
  • Verification of client documentation and submission of relevant payroll forms online to HMRC
  • Client administration, including billing
  • Supporting other areas of the practice with payroll and PAYE queries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a good working knowledge of workplace pensions, a keen attention to detail, and excellent written and telephone communication skills.
