Senior Payroll Administrator

Page Personnel Finance is partnering with a successful business to find a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their accountancy team on a full-time permanent basis.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an accurate end-to-end payroll service, processing multiple client payrolls, and responding to client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision of accurate payroll services
- Processing of client payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Responding to client queries and resolving payroll-related issues
- PAYE/pension reconciliations at month-end
- Auto-enrolment administration and processing
- Providing solutions for client payroll queries
- Staying up-to-date with payroll legislation changes
- Verification of client documentation and submission of relevant payroll forms online to HMRC
- Client administration, including billing
- Supporting other areas of the practice with payroll and PAYE queries
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a good working knowledge of workplace pensions, a keen attention to detail, and excellent written and telephone communication skills.
