As a Payroll Administrator at Portfolio Payroll Limited, you will be responsible for managing and operating the payroll system with the utmost accuracy and efficiency. This role involves handling confidential information on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
  • Respond to staff inquiries regarding salary, deductions, attendance, time records, and pension and AVC queries
  • Ensure payroll operations are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Protect payroll confidentiality by maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Process new entrant and leaver procedures to meet payroll deadlines
  • Produce weekly reports to agreed deadlines
