Job Title: Payroll Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for processing the in-house payroll on a monthly basis from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the design and delivery of a new payroll system
- Maintain all current payroll processes
- Process a small director and non-executive director payroll
- Manage the end-to-end internal payroll process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to payroll transactions
- Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries

Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in UK payroll software, including Excel
- Experience with a new payroll system implementation is desirable
