Since 1996, we have grown from a business specializing in sub and super structures to a multi-million pound construction group headquartered in North London, with depots in Biggleswade, Elstree, Peterborough, and Nottingham.

We are seeking a non-mechanical plant fitter to join our busy and fast-paced Plant department based in Biggleswade.

This role requires experience in a similar position and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:


• Receive and repair plant returns, including pallet trucks, concrete skips, podium steps, alloy towers, fuel bowsers, toolboxes, lift shaft gates, and more.

• Ensure plant is maintained, presentable, and compliant for use.

• Conduct quality control of stock and parts.

• Monitor fleet numbers of incoming and outgoing stock.

• Work as part of a team and use hand and power tools.

Requirements:


• The ideal candidate will have mechanical repair experience within the plant hire sector.

• Proficient in using a variety of hand tools.

• Hold a full UK driving license.

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team, managing own workload.
