Permanent, Monday - Friday

A reputable residential care services provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a team in delivering exceptional care and support to children in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted inspections, and maintain a good reputation for the organization.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the children's home.
