Permanent, Monday - Friday

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager with 1 year of experience to lead and manage a team in delivering excellent care and support in a reputable residential care services provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a good reputation for the organization.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care and support for children.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar role within the residential sector.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Children's Home Manager.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in a Residential Childcare setting.
- Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Good grade in recent Ofsted Inspections.
- Valid UK driving licence.
