About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research and Development Coordinator to join our team at a well-established precision manufacturing and direct reselling business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's product range is considered the preferred choice for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departmental colleagues to ensure efficient project management flow
  • Project manage and develop new products and launches
  • Coordinate product quality reviews
  • Manage existing product improvement processes
  • Produce and review quality control reports
  • R&D claim creation and annual submission, and administer applicable tax relief

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in research and development, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
