NHS Scotland is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, promoting equality and eliminating unlawful discrimination. Our goal is to create a work environment where every employee feels valued and empowered to excel.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Paediatric Occupational Therapist Team Lead to join our team in Argyll and Bute HSCP. This is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and clinical leadership, management, support, and supervision to a small team of Occupational Therapists. They will ensure that the service provided makes optimal use of available resources and adheres to best practice.
The postholder will be expected to provide an efficient and effective community-based Occupational Therapy Service to children and young people in the most suitable location. To be successful in this role, you will require a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered. A postgraduate qualification in Management and/or Leadership is desirable. You must have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, excellent communication and team working skills, and highly specialist experience in a paediatric setting.

You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period, for which you will be paid.
