Caregiver Responsibilities- Provide personalized support during visits lasting at least one hour, ensuring clients' well-being and comfort.
- Assist with essential personal care tasks, including hygiene and medication administration, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Offer practical assistance with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and other daily activities, promoting independence and ease of living.
- Engage in meaningful companionship, providing emotional support, conversation, and social interaction to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.
We seek compassionate and dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
- Prior experience in providing personal care or support services is highly valued, but not always required.
- A genuine desire to help seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation with appropriate insurance coverage is essential for visiting clients in their homes.
- A clear enhanced DBS check is mandatory. (£53.70 reimbursed after 3 months)
