Job Title: Permanent Property Lawyer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Property Lawyer to join our team at Battens Solicitors.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm, where you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of property disputes, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, service charge disputes, and life assurance.

As a Permanent Property Lawyer, you will be working closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance on their property-related issues, and will be responsible for drafting statements of case, witness statements, and other legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property disputes, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, service charge disputes, and life assurance.
  • Drafting statements of case, witness statements, and other legal documents.
  • Networking and business development to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Advocacy (optional) to represent clients in court.
