Job Title: Permanent Property Lawyer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Property Lawyer to join our team at Battens Solicitors.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm, where you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of property disputes.

As a Permanent Property Lawyer, you will be working closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance on matters such as:

  • Taking instruction and advising clients in all manner of property disputes.
  • Drafting statements of case, witness statements, briefs to counsel and various other legal documents.
  • Networking and business development.
  • Advocacy (optional).
  • Residential landlord and tenant including possessions, disrepair, deposit disputes and mortgage possessions.
  • Commercial landlord and tenant including dilapidations, forfeiture and lease renewals.
  • Service charge disputes.
