Wastewater Technician

Sapphire Utility Solutions is seeking a skilled Wastewater Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for locating drainage cross connections and ensuring the efficient operation of our wastewater systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Attend to customers, inform them of works due to be carried out, and address any concerns.
* Utilize dye to trace flow through drainage systems and locate cross connections, recording output accordingly.
* Employ CCTV equipment to map drains and verify flow output.
* Investigate wastewater flow both visually and via CCTV.
* Report all findings and data to the relevant teams.
* Assist on other workstreams as required.

**Requirements:**

* Full UK driving license.
* Previous drainage experience is advantageous.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proficiency in using IT systems.

**Training and Development:**

As a Wastewater Technician, you will receive comprehensive training in the following areas:

* High-pressure water jetting.
* Confined spaces.
* SLG.
* Banksman and spill response.
* First Aid at work.
* Manual handling.
* Calm water.
