As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Implement and further develop NicheNet, our advanced cell-cell communication tool, in Python.
  • Enhance the interoperability of NicheNet with various other tools used for single-cell RNAseq data analysis and cell-cell communication inference.
  • Contribute to the development of bioinformatics software that drives forward our research capabilities.

Profile

Essential

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Informatics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Python.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Desirable but not required
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience with
  • programming in R.
  • experience or interest in single-cell RNAseq data analysis and cell-cell communication.
