Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Flex. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting major high street stores, completing tasks such as merchandising, audits, and placing of point-of-sale (POS) materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visiting stores to ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked
  • Conducting audits to ensure that products are meeting sales and quality standards
  • Placing point-of-sale (POS) materials to promote products and drive sales
  • Negotiating with store managers to secure additional display space and promotions
  • Building relationships with store staff and customers to ensure a positive in-store experience
  • Using a mobile app to report on sales and product performance
  • Occasionally moving stock and handling promotional materials
