First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Longwell Green, Bristol. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving retail organization that values career growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist both trade and retail clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and recommend appropriate products for their needs.
  • Provide expert advice and share product knowledge with both retail and trade clientele.
  • Process orders using the internal CRM system.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Ensure all documentation is organized and stored securely in compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Adhere to company Health and Safety protocols.
  • Report any policy violations to Senior Management.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
  • Ensure stock is organized and secure in both the store and warehouse.
  • Assist in merchandising new product lines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to foster productive relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus in high-pressure situations.
  • Proactive approach in recommending products and cross-selling.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Experience in retail and trade customer interactions is a plus, but not mandatory.
