About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Support Administrator to join our team at Kin Vet Community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appointment Management: Ensure that appointments are made promptly and that practice diaries are filled.
  • Client Communication: Proactively contact clients to re-book missed appointments, follow up on unactioned estimates generated, and develop clients' understanding of our services.
  • Payment and Administration: Take payment at the end of every consultation in line with company policy, and book follow-up appointments where necessary.
  • Client Data Management: Ensure that client details are up-to-date on all files, including insurance details, emails, contact details, and patients' weights.
  • Compliance and Quality: Drive compliance with managing insurance claims in line with company policy, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the reception area.
  • Communication and Support: Respond to incoming practice emails in a warm and timely manner, and provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues alike.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £11.44 per hour, totalling £23,795 per annum
  • Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave, increasing each year up to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays FTE
