Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a clinical team, delegating work to staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement care pathways that promote seamless transitions between acute wards and primary care.
- Collaborate with clinicians in partner organisations to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Act as a role model for staff within the EVW service, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Supervise and manage nursing, therapy, support, and administration staff within the EVW service.

Requirements- RN 1st level degree
