The Business Development team is in search of an Associate who will assist in cultivating a pipeline of prospects from our corporate clientele. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our business model.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and effectively communicate Guidepoint's value proposition through various channels Establish relationships and coordinate meetings with clients and senior sales executives Analyze companies to pinpoint target demographics and job roles Leverage Guidepoint's brand to develop a strong pipeline of qualified prospects that contribute to our commercial success Investigate target industries, sub-sectors, and organizations to comprehend their research needs and challenges Collaborate with senior sales professionals to create engaging content for client meetings and clearly convey our value proposition Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape Relay client and prospect feedback to sales and management teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a solid academic background and involvement in extracurricular activities 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing position, such as sales, account management, or client relations Outgoing demeanor with the capability and eagerness to initiate cold calls and engage with individuals at all professional levels, including senior management Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Capacity to prioritize business development initiatives Proficient analytical and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail
