Job Summary:

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Group HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the workforce at multiple locations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume case load in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Provide HR support to employees across multiple sites, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related issues.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and track HR metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor in a similar role.
  • Strong HR generalist skills, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior management and employees.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A full driving license and ability to travel to multiple sites across the region.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Working towards CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. The successful candidate will be required to spend a minimum of 3 days per week on-site or out in the field, with 2 days working from home. However, this will be flexible, taking into account travel time to 18 sites across the East of England.
