We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our Burgess Hill Premier Inn team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing hotel operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve hotel performance.
