Site Operations Assistant

Are you looking for a challenging role that will allow you to make a significant contribution to the success of our organization? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Operations Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily oversight of on-site contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Implement setting to work procedures, including reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), to ensure safe systems of work are applied.
  • Implement a Permit to Work process to ensure that all site activities are properly planned and executed.
  • Engage with site stakeholders to manage Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPs) effectively, ensuring that all activities are coordinated and executed safely.
  • Conduct inductions and facilitate toolbox talks for site personnel, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of health and safety.
  • Compile and prepare for audit of health and safety documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and track contractor progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in coordinating and supervising day-to-day operations.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of building compliance and maintenance management.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
