We are a renowned British luxury menswear brand, seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Supervisor in London.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to contribute to the achievement of our store's objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store image and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries, exceed expectations, and manage transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Sales: Reach personal and store sales goals, and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products.
  • Store Image: Maintain the store's image, keep the stock room and accessories room organized, and minimize stock loss.
  • Professional Behavior: Comply with our dress code, participate in meetings, develop good working relationships, and advise and train other staff members.
  • Store Management: Open and close the store when necessary, and manage administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail sector.
  • Training cycle completion.
  • Additional languages desirable but not essential.
