THC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Credit to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management strategy aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Risk Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement a risk management strategy that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Underwriting Oversight: Oversee the underwriting process to ensure thorough evaluation and assessment of loan applications.
- Credit Risk Management: Develop and maintain credit risk models to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Stay abreast of relevant regulatory changes and ensure our lending business is following all applicable laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in risk management and underwriting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to run a risk-based pricing model.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
