Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Market Development Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy

Determine the specific needs of the region based on market analysis, customer needs, and potential areas for growth, and use this information to influence global strategy as the expert partner.

Localised EMEA Strategies

Develop localised EMEA strategies and appropriate marketing programs to drive business growth and revenue objectives.

Team Enablement

Enable the team to implement the local strategy, adapting over time based on results, and lead and develop the Molecular Biology and Sample Preparation team of Regional Market Developers.

Regional Point of Contact

Act as the regional point of contact for global marketing and product management, sharing the local voice of customer, voice of sales, and regional market trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Proven track record in marketing roles, preferably in the life sciences industry, with at least 5 years of experience.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions, excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
