Salary:
£24,500 per annum - working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday - no weekend shifts or overnight duties.

Additional Role Information:

Role Overview:
As a Supported Housing Support Worker, your primary responsibility is to deliver person-centred, high-quality support and housing management to individuals experiencing homelessness with low to medium-level needs. Your goal is to assist clients in making sustainable progress towards greater independence within established timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage referrals into the service following the assessment process.
2. Implement and monitor client support plans and risk assessments.
3. Ensure compliance with all safeguarding procedures and service policies.
4. Provide guidance, information, and enable clients to access suitable services.
5. Maintain daily health and safety standards and ensure the safe operation of the service, including liaising with external contractors.

Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or individuals with complex needs.
2. Ability to establish effective relationships with clients and services to foster pathways for positive change.
3. A valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle is required, with business insurance for roles involving travel.
