In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the IT Projects team, ensuring the effective execution of initiatives that benefit thousands of users across various locations.

Core Responsibilities
  • Integral member of the IT Senior Leadership Team and IT Projects division
  • Overseeing a team of Project Managers along with a Project Officer
  • Facilitating project delivery while nurturing stakeholder relationships
  • Strategizing and managing technology enhancement initiatives
  • Administering programme and project financials
  • Implementing effective change management and project transitions
  • Formulating and disseminating policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Degree-level education
  • Certification in Project Management
  • 5-10 years of experience in overseeing IT infrastructure projects
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of diagnosing and resolving technical challenges
