We're currently seeking an experienced individual to come on board in London on a staff basis as Project Manager. This is a key role for us as we scale the team to take on the expanding scope of the project and will have responsibility for driving the project through FEED into EPC phase & beyond. The role will report into the Project Director.


Responsibilities:

  • Overall Management of the main FEED Engineering Contractor and the Process Licensors
  • Drives the engineering schedule, managing and resolving issues to ensure the engineering works are completed on schedule
  • Provides overall project management perspectives, guidance and input into key reviews and engineering decisions
  • Manages decision making processes and maintains an engineering decision register
  • Manages the delivery of engineering required to support the DCO, Environmental Permitting and other authority engineering processes
  • Manages the FEED and Process Licensor Contracts to ensure they are delivered on budget
  • Ensures the FEED Contractor and Process Licensors deliverables are in accordance with the contract requirements
  • Ensures that the FEED Contractor and Licensors produce accurate Progress Reports


Who we are seeking:

  • Engineering Degree
  • 15+ years experience, with extensive project management experience at all phases of complex engineering projects in the process industries - Oil & Gas, Refineries etc.
  • Strong leadership and communication skillset - able to drive and motivate the engineering team, manage the FEED contractor effectively, and ensure the project moves forward according to schedule
  • Experience in both client-side and contractor roles
  • UK or European project experience
