About the Role

The Professional Education and Strategic Leadership - Nursing and Midwifery Team is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Support Officer to join their PMO team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive project administration support, working across the nursing and midwifery education agenda, contributing to the delivery of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan.

Main Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the PMO team, including:

  • Providing comprehensive project administration support
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience/knowledge
  • Good understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills
