About the Role:

GOAT Interactive, a leading online gaming company, is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to lead our CRM strategy across French-speaking markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional CRM marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the CRM promotional and marketing campaign calendar for assigned countries
  • Working closely with the CRM Director to plan and execute revenue-driving CRM marketing campaigns
  • Executing, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness through various data platforms
  • Collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to analyze campaign and customer statistics
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Monitoring country-by-country performance data and devising ad-hoc and automated campaigns to maintain and increase market growth and customer value
  • Utilizing key data insights to build new customer segments and drive further profitability
  • Working with local teams and the Head of CRM to implement localized customer journeys
  • Performing marketing activities for the Premier Bet brand, including copywriting and campaign creation
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market development to enhance Premier Bet's offerings

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
  • Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into actions and resolutions
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and tools
  • Experience in implementing CRM campaign automation
  • Experience in planning and executing end-to-end campaigns
  • Quality project and time management skills
  • Ability to work dynamically and remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in competitor analysis and reporting
  • Experience in localizing content for foreign markets, preferably in Africa
