The Role: Marketing Executive

This role is for a newly formed team in the Underwriting and Schemes division of PIB Group Ltd. Our division encompasses over 15 brands, offering a diverse range of insurance products, from childcare and healthcare to pet, motor, and lifestyle products.

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the Marketing Manager and wider team in developing and executing acquisition, customer, and partner-led marketing plans. This role emphasizes building and nurturing strong relationships with partners and affiliates to drive joint marketing initiatives and achieve business growth.

Location: Hybrid - London, Croydon, Gloucester, Chelmsford

Responsibilities:
  • Execute cohesive marketing campaigns across a portfolio of brands and multiple marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, and events.
  • Work closely with our affiliates and partner communities to build strong relationships and coordinate joint marketing campaigns/activity that drive lead volumes and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and measure, and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to deliver the marketing plan in line with pre-agreed budgets, business objectives, and target audience needs.
  • Work with the Digital Team to manage social media channels and email marketing, aligned with business requirements and integrated marketing campaigns supporting each vertical.
  • Work closely with and brief our in-house design studio to create best-in-class campaign assets that work across all verticals and audiences.
  • Work with the Business Development Team to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business development activity.
  • Support the coordination and execution of events, including trade shows, conferences, awards, webinars, and other promotional activities, and manage event logistics to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably across multiple brands and distribution strategies.
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.
  • Hands-on campaign experience with a deep understanding of offline and digital capabilities, measurement, optimization, trends, and technologies.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Email, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
  • Knowledge of working in a regulated market preferred but not essential.
