Commercial Banking Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Commercial Banking Manager, you'll be part of our Regional Commercial team, driving the future growth of the Bank by landing and maintaining a growing book of commercial lending customers.
- You'll manage an active portfolio of Regional Commercial Banking customers, working closely with BD teams and Lending Directors to convert leads and grow the bank with new borrowing customers.
- You'll develop and maintain active and influential business relationships with key market professionals, clients, and customers, representing Metro Bank as an external face to the commercial market.
- You'll manage, influence, and build an internal network across Metro Bank to maintain our One Team, highly customer-centric approach.
- You'll manage risk, including Credit, Operational, and Regulatory.
- You'll partner with key internal colleagues, stakeholders, and teams to deliver required propositions and pricing requirements, risk policies, with reporting set and managed within appetites.
- You'll work closely with Commercial Analysts, providing support where needed to their lending fulfillment.
- You'll be a role model for the Regional Commercial Team and Metro Bank when dealing with customers, intermediaries, and colleagues.
