Leadership and Management Facilitator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership and Management Facilitator to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving leadership excellence across all levels of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver tailored leadership development programs for operations and support service managers, front-line leaders, and new leaders.
  • Create a structured induction program for new leaders to ensure effective onboarding and alignment with our organizational values and goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive leadership skills framework that guides leadership development across the organization.

Coaching and Team Development

  • Provide individual and group coaching sessions to enhance leadership effectiveness and promote high-performing teams.
  • Facilitate team development initiatives that foster better collaboration, communication, and team dynamics.

System Training and Evaluation

  • Develop and deliver training programs that support leaders in effectively using company systems and tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of leadership development programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Professional certification in Leadership Development, Coaching, or Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering leadership and management development programs, preferably within the Care Sector or similar environment.
  • Experience in coaching, team development, and facilitation of leadership training at various organizational levels.
