", "About you": "We are seeking a passionate, ambitious, and down-to-earth individual who is looking for an environment where they will have the opportunity to accelerate their knowledge, skills, and development within a high-performing team. You will have three to five years' PR experience, with a focus on corporate, and a mix of working in an agency and in-house is particularly desirable. Experience of working in or with large, complex businesses is desirable, as is an understanding of retail, tech, and financial services organizations. You will have a track record in organizing and planning communications strategies, alongside using tactics to achieve your objectives. You will also have excellent writing and editing skills, coupled with the ability to write compelling copy and attention to detail. Additionally, you will have creativity and a 'nose for a story' in delivering proactive media coverage and owned content. You will also have an understanding of issues management and the ability to recognize potential reputational risks. You will have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders. You will also have confidence in speaking to journalists and other external stakeholders. You will have high levels of self-motivation and time management.
