", "About you": "We are seeking a passionate, ambitious, and down-to-earth individual who is looking for an environment where they will have the opportunity to accelerate their knowledge, skills, and development within a high-performing team. You will have three to five years' PR experience, with a focus on corporate, and a mix of working in an agency and in-house is particularly desirable. You will also have experience of working in or with large, complex businesses, as well as an understanding of retail, tech, and financial services organizations. You will have a track record in organizing and planning communications strategies, as well as using tactics to achieve your objectives. You will also have excellent writing and editing skills, coupled with the ability to write compelling copy and attention to detail. Additionally, you will have creativity and a 'nose for a story' in delivering proactive media coverage and owned content, as well as an understanding of issues management and the ability to recognize potential reputational risks. You will also have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders, as well as confidence in speaking to journalists and other external stakeholders.
