About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Supervisor to join our team in Ringwood, Hampshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of Careline Operators, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of Careline Operators to ensure they are equipped to handle customer calls effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the skills of new team members, ensuring they are able to meet the demands of the role.
  • Manage the duty rota and workforce planning to ensure the call centre is staffed appropriately at all times.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective service delivery.
  • Take ownership of operational issues and implement solutions to resolve them.
