Job Description

**About the Role**

Matchtech is seeking a highly skilled System Safety Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading safety assurance for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant international safety and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead safety assurance activities for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with international safety and technical standards.
  • Develop and implement safety plans, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and the environment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain safety reports and safety cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on safety-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in safety assurance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant safety designations or certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations, including EN50126, EN50129, IEC 61508, CSM-RA, and CMREA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
