Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses looking to join the community mental health services in the central area. You will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, proactive, and committed to the promotion of innovation for service delivery.

Main Duties
  1. Undertake Care Coordination of service users who have complex mental health needs and facilitate the promotion and maintenance of a high standard of community psychiatric care, both alone and in conjunction with others from the MDT.
  2. Work in a recovery-focused way and facilitate user and carer involvement.
  3. Participate in a clinic-led system for some service users.
