Job Title: Service Coordinator

Complete Security Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services across a large customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize routine maintenance visits to meet schedules and service level agreements (SLAs) and maximize productivity of engineers.
  • Respond to calls from engineers within 30 minutes and ensure timely communication with internal customers.
  • Coordinate parts ordering and delivery to ensure next-day availability.
  • Communicate delays or failures to the Service Desk Manager and update customer input notes in the management system.
  • Provide effective communication to internal customers to ensure all parties have the necessary information in a clear format and timely manner.
  • Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner and compliant with customer SLAs.
  • Assist the Service Desk in case of sickness, leave, or resource problems.
  • Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization and protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
Requirements:
  • Good level of general education.
  • Proven record of working accurately to meet SLAs successfully.
  • Good level of computer literacy - using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Knowledgeable on the Loss Prevention marketplace, strong interpersonal and communication skills, goal/results-oriented, exceptional customer-centric relationship-oriented approach, self-motivated, approachable, and confident.
  • Ability to prioritize, consultative approach, attention to detail, and supportive.
