We are seeking a committed Sales Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of the Universal Business Team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative assistance to our sales department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the sales team in acquiring quotations from vendors to fulfill client requirements
  • Assisting sales representatives during direct interactions with clients
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with current clients
  • Managing sales order processing and maintaining the database
  • Interacting with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent certification
  • Previous experience in sales support or account management is advantageous
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure
