We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop.
- Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education.
- A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Early Years Care and Education.
- Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
