About the Role:

As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will be responsible for supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years and Level 3 in Teaching Assistant (desirable). You will create and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower learners to excel in their chosen path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting learners in achieving their educational goals, with a focus on Early Years and Teaching Assistant qualifications.
  • Designing and delivering high-quality training programs that cater to the needs of our learners.
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help learners maximize their potential.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of your workload and practices to ensure outstanding learner experiences.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Assessor's Award, such as TAQA or CAVA.
  • A Teaching Qualification at Level 3, such as an Award in Education and Training (AET) or PTLLS.
  • Relevant qualification in Early Years education at Level 3 or above.
  • Previous experience delivering and coaching Early Years Apprenticeships to Level 5.
  • Vocational competence within Early Years/Child Care at Supervisor level or above.
  • A full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel within the designated region.
